Braised Beef Short Rib
Served with roasted heirloom baby carrots, garlic mashed potatoes, crispy leeks, and a red wine demi-glace.
Stuffed Bell Pepper
Filled with spiced rice, corn, beans, topped with feta, and served with roasted sweet potato wedges.
Both entrées are gluten-free.
The Sweetheart Ball celebrates the families who call our house a home and the generous community that makes it possible. Guests will enjoy a delicious dinner, silent and live auctions, meet an RMHC family and enjoy live music and dancing.
